WHAT IS WELLNESS
Wellness is a journey to being as healthy as possible mentally and physically and emotionally. At some point in life many people are faced with the choice of what types of treatments is needed to regain a healthy life balance. Getting support is a decision that each of us must make as we live the various stages of life. Some people have a need for emotional, health or addiction issues and treatment should always be a choice for the person needed services. Some choose solutions which are medical or agricultural treatments. One is plant based the other is chemical. An example is MAT the acronym for "Medically Assisted Treatment" where medication is used to reduce relapse and the urge to use drugs where there is a high risk of fatality when overdose occurs. Treatment plans includes making different decisions for wellness, they include changes in social and lifestyle choices to remain healthy or abuse free.
